About PathSweeper
PathSweeper is swept path analysis that runs entirely in your browser: no CAD seat, no subscription, no data harvesting. It is an independent, one-person project based in Munich, Germany.

I started PathSweeper as a side project. I study physics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and I am into web development, and swept path analysis was a way to combine both: a problem where the math actually matters in the real world, like working out whether a truck can fit through a narrow gate.
When I looked at the established industry software to see how it handled the geometry, I could not believe the pricing. Hundreds or thousands of euros a year. Subscription after subscription. A tool locked behind paywalls for something that, at its core, is not that complicated.
So I made PathSweeper different. There are no subscriptions. You either use it for free or pay a simple one-time fee per project. All data stays strictly on EU servers. I will never sell it, and I will never feed it to an AI company.
I am tired of the modern software pattern where you rent your tools forever while they harvest your data and keep raising the price. Plenty of other planners and engineers feel the same way, so this is my alternative.
