Project Pass

€39per project · pay once
3× Project Pass€117 one-time
Annual Pass€399 per year

Below 11 projects a year, paying once per project is the cheapest option. Each paid project stays unlocked permanently, CAD export and design vehicles included.

See all plans

PathSweeper pricing at a glance: swept-path checks with the standard vehicles are free, with no time limit. The Project Pass unlocks a single project permanently for €39 one-time, including 65 official design vehicles (RBSV 2020, AASHTO, Austroads, UK), DWG/DXF import and DXF export. The Annual Pass covers unlimited projects for €399 per year. Planning teams start at €699 per user and year, an Enterprise instance with full data sovereignty (dedicated database hosted in Germany), your own vehicle fleet in the vehicle selector and the Vehicle Studio for complex vehicle combinations at €1,299 per user and year.

What we're building

From first swept path to final proof — here's our roadmap.

LiveIn progressPlanned

Vehicles

All standard vehicle classes, from cars to articulated buses. The four free standard vehicles are generic templates with typical dimensions (not the official RBSV 2020 design vehicles).

Live

Standard vehicles (free)

Passenger car, delivery van, 2-axle truck and city bus with typical dimensions (generic templates, not the official RBSV 2020 design vehicles).

Live

RBSV 2020 library (Project Pass)

All 13 official RBSV 2020 design vehicles, from passenger car, truck, bus and refuse truck to semi-trailer, truck-and-trailer and articulated bus.

Live

Refuse & fire vehicles

Both RBSV 2020 refuse trucks and the UK DB32 fire appliance. Germany has no fire-service design vehicle: fire appliances are specified in DIN standards, so they are built from the data sheet in the vehicle editor.

Live

Articulated buses

Multi-part vehicles with realistic articulation behavior.

Live

Custom vehicles (Project Pass)

Editor for individual design vehicles with your own dimensions.

Live

International design vehicles

AASHTO 2018 (USA), Austroads 2023 (Australia/NZ) and UK libraries are live; more countries are in preparation.

Simulation

Physically accurate swept paths in real time — no approximations. Benefit from our precision calculation engine.

Live

Ackermann steering

Realistic wheel angle calculation for precise turning circles.

Live

Real-time swept envelope

Instant visualization of the total space requirement.

Live

Realistic kinematics

Swept paths with rate-limited steering arcs: gradual, physically accurate steering transitions instead of instantaneous angle changes.

Live

Reverse maneuver

Simulate reversing maneuvers with realistic steering behavior.

Live

Articulated vehicles

Semi-trailers, articulated buses and trailer combinations with full articulation kinematics and articulation-angle monitoring.

Import & Export

Seamless integration into existing planning workflows — no media breaks. Compatible with your favorite CAD tools.

Live

PDF / JPG / PNG import

Load site plans and floor plans as background images.

Live

Satellite map import

Use aerial imagery directly as a scaled planning base.

Live

DWG/DXF import, DXF export

Edit swept paths directly in CAD software.

In progress

Audit-proof PDF export

Standards-compliant documentation with dimensions and legend.

Common Questions about Vehicle Tracking

For free and with no signup, you can draw paths and compute swept curves directly in your browser with four standard vehicles (passenger car, delivery van, 2-axle truck, bus). You can calibrate scale on a site plan (including PDF site plans), draw turning paths, see the swept envelope in real time, and export as PNG/JPEG. The Project Pass (€39 one-time per project) adds 65 official design vehicles (RBSV 2020, AASHTO 2018, Austroads 2023 and UK libraries), custom vehicles, DWG/DXF upload and DXF export.

The free tier includes four generic standard-vehicle templates with typical dimensions, similar to the RBSV 2020 reference vehicles: a standard passenger car, a delivery van, a 2-axle truck, and a standard bus, not official RBSV 2020 reference vehicles, but sufficient for feasibility studies and plausibility checks. The Project Pass adds 65 official design vehicles from the RBSV 2020 (incl. refuse truck), AASHTO 2018, Austroads 2023 and UK libraries, and a custom-vehicle editor where you can enter dimensions from your own manufacturer data sheets. The articulated vehicles (semi-trailer, truck and trailer, centre-axle trailer, articulated bus, B-doubles and road trains) are included as well. There is no German design vehicle for fire apparatus: German fire appliances are described in DIN standards and are not part of RBSV 2020. The dimensions of a DLK 23/12 can be entered from the manufacturer data sheet in the vehicle editor, and the UK library includes a fire appliance (DB32 Fire Appliance).

No: the four free standard vehicles (passenger car, delivery van, 2-axle truck, city bus) are generic templates with typical dimensions, not the official RBSV 2020 design vehicles. They are sufficient for feasibility studies and plausibility checks. The €39 Project Pass includes all 13 official RBSV 2020 design vehicles (passenger car, additional truck classes, city and coach bus, refuse truck, plus the articulated semi-trailer, truck-and-trailer, centre-axle trailer and articulated bus) and the custom-vehicle editor. Fire apparatus are still in progress; the aerial ladder is specified in DIN EN 14043 / DIN 14502 (available from DIN Media). Note: the authoritative version of the FGSV regulation is the latest edition, available from FGSV Verlag, www.fgsv-verlag.de.

PDF site plans can be uploaded for free as a background: drop a PDF into the upload modal and calibrate the scale like any other site plan. DWG and DXF upload, plus DXF export, are included in the Project Pass (€39 one-time per project). As a separate free tool, you can use our public DWG to DXF converter without an account.

Yes. Swept-path calculation, calibration and PNG/JPEG export are permanently free and run entirely in your browser, with no signup required for the basic flow, no tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking. We use self-hosted, IP-anonymized analytics only. Only the optional Project Pass (€39 one-time per project) for the official design-vehicle libraries, custom vehicles and CAD export is paid.

No. PathSweeper runs entirely in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). It is a lightweight alternative to installing heavy CAD plugins or vehicle tracking software.
